New regulations come into force for air conditioning inspections

New regulations affecting buildings’ energy performance came into force on April 6th. The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations mean that all buildings with air conditioning systems will have to have an AC Inspection report on file with the Government Register, currently operated by Landmark. GSK confirms investment in UK biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility
