The first step is to carry out an initial visual energy survey in order to identify potential savings and a health check to identify maintenance issues which will impact on energy demand. From this a report will be provided that identifies potential energy savings and costs to deliver.

  • Fan and Pulleys
  • Screens / Filters
  • Fresh Air volumes
  • Air change rates
  • BMS
  • Heating / Cooling / De humidification / Humidification
  • AHU configuration
  • Component Cleanliness – cooling +heating coils
